Cocoplans holds Annual Sales Planning
Cocoplans, multiple awardee for Outstanding Pre-Need Plans Provider, recently held its three day Annual Sales Planning at the Cocolife Building in Makati City. The event was attended by the company’s Regional Heads and various project fountainheads where they presented reports on performance and projection of sales for the last quarter of the year.
Crucial to the agenda in the said event where the discussion on Production Vs. Budget, Assessment/Evaluation of Performance and the Action Plans for the last quarter which includes Draft Policies and other related matters spearheaded by Cocoplans President, Caesar T. Michelena.
Also part of the 2007 Sales Planning was recognizing sales ranking and new individual rating which includes Branch Profitability, Organizational Strength and Administrative Function. Presentations of sales projections and KRAs (Key Result Areas) were also made while President Michelena gave an overview of the 2007 Operational Status and 2008 General Directions.
