Cocoplans celebrates 13th years anniversary!

‘TEENacious at thirTEEN!’ This was what excites President Caesar T. Michelena as Cocoplans celebrates its 13th year Anniversary in the pre-need industry at Cocolife Building last October 18, 2007 Thursday. President Michelena in his opening remarks said, he was excited as Cocoplans reaches 13 for it only means growth plus another year towards Cocoplans’ golden age in the industry. “What excites me most is the Cocoplanners – the people behind Cocoplans”, Pres. Michelena said. He acknowledged the efforts exerted by the Corporate Business Center (CBC) and of the people from the regional Business Centers (BCs) that helped Cocoplans surpassed problems brought by the other pre-need companies in the industry. He commended the things done by the business centers from Manila to Mindanao as he recalls how the company was able to survive. “We try to do the right things... no wonder we are able to overcome the difficulties. We are able to prevail”, Pres. Michelena added. Meanwhile, Managing Director Atty. Alfredo C. Tumacder said, he was very glad that the company had proven that it can stand on its own no matter what happen. He was confident as he said that time would come that Cocoplans will be know as the pillar in the pre-need industry. He believed that 13 would be a good ‘luck’ for Cocoplans, opposite to what most believe, for the company has devised the best products in the industry. “I have no doubt that in the future Cocoplans will be the pillar in the industry. We have the best products which are number one (in the industry) and 13 means new developments and end of adverse publicity for Cocoplans!”, Atty. Tumacder said with confidence. He also said as he gave them thanks that it was Cocoplanners’ (especially those in the sales force) acceptance and appreciation of the products that matters to him. “I am glad you’re here (referring to Cocoplanners)… that you still here… and for showing the best. This is our company! We do have this big opportunity in the industry. We’re still up there. We have the resources… the right people and the collective way to success! And that should not be taken for granted!”, Atty. Tumacder said as he ended his closing remarks.
