Cocoplans bags award anew

In all 11 years of service to the public, Cocoplans’ determination to achieve its vision of being addressed by its customers as their pre-need company and the mission to be the leader in the pre-need industry have never withered.

With substantial amount of fortitude and resiliecene, Cocoplans was able to realize these during the 15 and 16th Annual National Consumers Awards when the Consumers Union of the Philippines (CUP) awarded Cocoplans as the Most Outstanding Pre-Need Plans Provider for 2004 and 2005, a triumph for the company for two consecutive years. The award was received by Cocoplans’ president Caesar Michelena with regional heads Alexander Flores and Leonardo Manalo.

Cocoplans is the pre-need company of the UCPB Group established in 1994. It sells fixed value education and pension plans. Cocoplans remains steadfast in assuring the 100 percent release of maturity benefits to the planholders on the day promised, as it prepares three months in advance for the maturing plans. It has never sold traditional education plans since its inception.
