PAYMENT
How do I pay for my plan?
Cocoplans offers you a number of convenient payment options that you can choose from:
- Through your servicing business associate. Just be sure that he/she furnishes a provisional receipt as proof that you have paid. If you do not get an official receipt after two weeks (except if a post-dated cheque was given), please call the Corporate Business Center at (02) 892-4956 to follow it up.
- Through major credit cards.
- At any Cocoplans business center. All business centers are open Mondays to Fridays (8am-5pm) and, except for the Corporate Business Center, on Saturdays (8am-12pm). Click here for a full list of Cocoplans Business Centers.
- At any UCPB branch. Just bring your Payment Due Notice (PDN) for the UCPB teller to machine-validate. The PDN will then serve as proof of payment. If you do have your PDN, you should fill out a Bills Payment Slip available at UCPB. The institutions name should be "COCOPLANS" and the account number should be "103-124919-1". Afterwhich, you will receive a copy of the Bills Payment Slip.
- At any Eastwest Bank branch. Just bring your Payment Due Notice (PDN) for the Eastwest Bank teller to machine-validate. The PDN will then serve as proof of payment. If you do have your PDN, you should fill out a Bills Payment Slip available at Eastwest Bank. The institutions name should be "COCOPLANS" and the account number should be "09-02-02167-1". Afterwhich, you will receive a copy of the Bills Payment Slip.
- Through an Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA). If you are a UCPB depositor, you can fill out an enrolment form at your UCPB branch. Once enrolled, the exact payment due will be automatically deducted from your UCPB account every time a payment is due on your plan. When we receive the report indicating a successful debit from your account, we will prepare an Official Receipt and mail it to you.
- Through Western Union. If you are abroad, or in any part of the country, one very convenient way to pay your installments is through any of the thousands of Western Union outlets in over 160 countries. Just go to a Western Union office or branch and fill out a Quick Pay Form. Aside from your policy number(s), don't forget these necessary information:

Present the completed form to the Western Union agent together with your payment. You will be charged a transaction fee for your remittance.
